  > EOF

Refer to the scripts with an include statement.
  $ echo '(hello.sh foo.sh)' > files.sexp
  $ cat >dune <<EOF
  > (install
  >  (section bin)
  >  (files (include files.sexp)))
  > EOF

  $ dune build @install

Refer to the scripts literally.
